An art placement and installation studio, working across private residences, offices, galleries and museums throughout California.

Art is the soul of a room. It gives a space its character, creates a sense of rhythm, and reveals something about the people who inhabit it.

At Aero Luxe, we approach art placement as a form of spatial composition. Each work is considered in conversation with its surroundings — the architecture, the light, the proportions, and the pieces around it. With a designer’s eye and an installer’s precision, we look beyond where art can hang to discover where it truly belongs.

The studio grew out of years spent among galleries, framers and the people who collect. The hour that always mattered most was the last one in a room, when a piece either settles into the space or sits against it.

Every installation is carried out by our own team, trained in the studio and held to one standard. Each work is handled with care, placed with intention, and given the space to hold its own.

How we work

Four stages, every project

01Walkthrough & consultationWe walk the space together and arrive at the right composition for it. This is where we want to hear your vision, and where we give the room the time it asks for — it is the most important hour of the project. Any design work happens here: gallery walls, layouts, spacing, hanging heights, sightlines from every approach. It is the part we enjoy most, and the part we most like to do alongside collectors and designers.

02Substrate & hardwareWe read the wall before we touch it — paint, lime wash, plaster, stone, concrete, panelling. Hardware is then selected against the requirements of the work itself: size, weight, frame and anchoring points, matched to what the wall will actually hold.

03MountingThe work goes up: levelled, secured and set to the heights agreed in the walkthrough. Floors and furniture are protected, dust is collected at the drill, and packing leaves with us the same day.

04Review togetherWe walk the finished rooms with you and look at the work in place, in the light of the day. A piece often reads differently once it is hung, and adjustments belong to this stage — we make them there and then, until the room is right.

InsuranceGeneral liability, with certificates issued on request for your building or your firm. Do speak with us in advance of a high-value installation so cover can be confirmed against the value of the work.

DiscretionYour home stays yours. Every installation is carried out by our own team, trained in the studio — no subcontractors, no unfamiliar faces. Finished work is photographed for our portfolio, never in a way that identifies a residence or a collector, and a project can be left unphotographed entirely if you prefer.
